To ensure prompt delivery, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it's received.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sale periods. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.
